Monthly TEP Shelby County Committee Meeting

At our monthly meeting, we'll be getting ready for Advancing Equality Day on the Hill with Advocacy 101.

Advocacy 101 is a series of workshops held across Tennessee that provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to grow in their skills around creating change. The purpose of the workshops is to give the information and tools necessary to effectively advocate for change involving LGBT issues at the local and state level.

For individuals who are interested in attending TEP’s Day on the Hill but have never spoken with community leaders on LGBT political issues, this is a great introduction to advocacy.
